Nathan Nykor

Nathan Nykor is a classical and jazz pianist based in London, Ontario. He holds a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance, as well as a Master’s Degree in Music Theory. Nathan plays in and leads various classical and jazz groups which perform regularly around Ontario. In February of 2023, Nathan was interviewed on JAZZ.FM, a jazz radio station in Toronto, about his experience in both the classical and jazz fields. His compositions and performances were also played on this radio program. Nathan is the bandleader of a London-based ensemble called Juice Joint, which opened for Toronto’s Moneka Arabic Jazz at Wolf Hall in October, 2023.
